Alternatively contact us on 1300 914 460 or submit an email to SQLRDS@dbinsight.com.au with your questions.
Service Level | Why Choose This Service Level |
---|---|
SQLRDS Monitor | Effectively you just want to know if there is an impending or current issue with your SQL Server and have diagnostics on hand to quickly resolve the problem. You also want to keep track of SQL Server performance and capacity and have benchmark performance data on hand to troubleshoot/diagnose performance issues. However, you still would like the security of calling on expert SQL Server support if required. |
SQLRDS Standard | You want to have an optimally configured SQL Server for maximise performance, uptime and data protection. You don't have the time or inclination to manage database backups and maintenance of the SQL Server and databases, deploy SQL patching and support the high availability solution. You prefer that an expert SQL Server DBA assist with the recovery of your system and resolve major system issues. You still want to be alerted if there are impending or current issues. This option is similar to the Amazon Web Services RDS offering. |
SQLRDS Plus | You want to have an optimally configured SQL Server for maximise performance, uptime and data protection. You don't have the time or inclination to manage database backups and maintenance of the SQL Server and databases, deploy SQL patching and support the high availability solution. You want a SQL Server expert to attend to all alerts and issues. Business hours coverage fits into your support requirements, however, an occasional afterhours call out may be required. |
SQLRDS Premium | You want to have an optimally configured SQL Server for maximise performance, uptime and data protection. You don't have the time or inclination to manage database backups and maintenance of the SQL Server and databases, deploy SQL patching and support the high availability solution. You want a SQL Server expert to attend to all alerts and issues. You want to completely outsource the operational management of your SQL Server. After hours coverage is a mandatory requirement. |
